Whats up guys.. long time reader here and have finally gotten around to signing up. I have learned quite a bit and it's really helped me build my credit, everything been going well except for my stupid Shell card..
The card has not reported since June 19th 2007 which just so happens to be the month I had the highest balance on it ever. It shows the balance of $447 out of a $600 credit line which is keeping my score down. I've called them 3 times about it and the first time they said it was due to "system upgrades" and to give it a couple weeks. Called again and expressed the urgency that this be resolved and was told they would try to manually update me and so I told them to give me a CLI while they were at it.. a hard pull later my line is up to $1200. A couple more weeks go by and I see that my report is STILL not updated and of course doesn't even show the CLI.. so it was a waste of a hard. I call again and am basically told i'm SOL until "sometime in Jan 08" when the "system upgrades" are completed.
So is there anything that can be done about this?? This stupid card is basically keeping me from the 700 club as I'm right on the edge of getting there.
