      <description>&lt;p&gt;Hi, hope I'm not jumping the gun here.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Today my Score Watch service was renewed but I'm only showing 1 power report available. It was my understanding I was to get 2 reports when my subscription renewed. Was just checking to see if it's normal, maybe the option to receive the other one will show up later?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Just to clarify, I have not pulled a report since my renewal, I've only pulled 2 total and those were during my first year of subscribing.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Thanks in advance for the help.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Hi,&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I signed up for the 10 day free trial to find out info on my credit report. It was very late at night, but it's counting PST time as the same day. What I got was simply an equifax only score that was inacurrate when I actually called. I signed up very late at night and the trial is showing active from that same day.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I was at work all day and then I saw the bill processing out of my account. Is there anyway the bill can be reversed and my account cancelled? I did not utilize the service and do not intend to anytime soon.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I thought for a minute the new scrolling credit card thing and the pop up for Discover was okay but now weeks into it I think something has crashed as I have a 5 second or so delay and then even after I close the pop up ad it takes another 5 seconds or so before the links to posts work... Myfico I can't believe you have sold out to this type of advertising, at least get a pre-qual going like creditcards.com that ACTUALLY works and does something! out of all websites I would think that would be an EASY sell to creditors and not such an annoyance here... is it just me?&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>EQ tech issue, SW "no update", 7 weeks w/o reports</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I have been having an issue with EQ since April 2nd, 2013 where their &lt;span&gt;Equifax Complete Advantage Plan &lt;/span&gt;monitoring system will not let me pull reports. Each call to customer service confirmed that I have too many soft pulls on my report (&lt;span&gt;Reason Code: IC_PE_FL&lt;/span&gt;.) It took several calls over weeks to try to get them to fix it as I was bounced between departments, disconnected or told by disputes that &amp;quot;we don't fix that.&amp;quot; I finally reached someone in personal solutions that submitted an issue ticket to the technology department. Apparently this is a common issue with EQ &lt;span&gt;(too many soft inquiries)&lt;/span&gt;, since they have more than one reason code that means this.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;We are unable to complete your order at this time. Please contact our Customer Care department at 1-866-4CWATCH (1-866-429-2824) 7 days a week between the hours of 8:00am - 3:00am Eastern Time Zone for immediate assistance. Please record the following information and have it available when you call:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Eval Code:- Status Code: FL, Reason Code: IC_PE_FL&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;My complaint now is myFICO score watch has sent me weeks of &amp;quot;no SW update&amp;quot; emails. There has never been any notice from myFICO that my report was not accessible. I have submitted a few customer service emails complaining about being charged for a service that is not actually doing anything - no responses.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I already have been disappointed that I get offers to sign up yearly at nearly 33% off what I already pay monthly since I am already a member. When SW can not pull reports, freaking email the customer or state that on the website under their account. Not happy about paying for nothing for two months now. Super not happy about customer service blowing off my emails. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;</description>

I'm supposed to have 3 months. Yesterday (5/20) while I was at work, I got an email stating the following...&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;We have been unable to process your monthly payment for your Score Watch® subscription.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;To prevent cancellation and continue to enjoy the benefits of this product, please log in within the &lt;strong&gt;next 10 days&lt;/strong&gt; to update your credit card information.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;It's only been 2 months, and I'm already getting an email about how they've tried to take a payment. I checked my bank account, $14.95 WAS taken. So now I've been charged a month early, when I was planning on cancelling before my 3 months was up, and since the email says they &amp;quot;couldn't take the payment&amp;quot; I'm worried they're gonna try to charge me AGAIN.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I work overnights, I'm not up during the day to be able to call customer service and wait on hold, I have to sleep.       <description>&lt;p&gt;Hi all,&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I just wanted to give everyone a heads up about my recent experience.  Like most I have been working on my credit and was waiting for myFICO to run a special  so I could order a few scores (pinching pennies) .  Long story short, I received a discount  code (mid-April) and ordered 4 scores for future use.  It clearly states on &lt;a href="http://www.myfico.com/Products/FICOOne/Description.aspx" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.myfico.com/Products/FICOOne/Description.aspx&lt;/a&gt; it states &amp;quot;&lt;span&gt;All FICO Standard reports must be activated within 12 months of purchase.&amp;quot;&lt;/span&gt;   Less then a month later I went back to my account to use one of the orders and  to my disappointment all were gone.  &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Apparently the policy is you must use (fulfill) your order in 7 days, not the 12 months they state on the MyFico site, or your order will be voided.  What I found additionally disappointing is they would not honor at least one orders at the discounted 20% price.  I was simply told &amp;quot;we have no specials at this time&amp;quot;.  MyFico has a true &amp;quot;monopoly&amp;quot; but I would have hoped customer service would have been a tad bit more accommodating than what they provided.  I wasn't asking or expecting something for free, just to honor what they are advertising.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;So, please let your take away be...if you order a score it must be used in 7 days not the 365 days (12 months) that they are describe on the website.   &lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>How does score watch report deleted collections?</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I'm wanting to buy my latest CR's but I'm waiting on a collection I GW'd to delete. The CSR at the CA told me on Friday that she would have the deletion expedited and that it should be gone by the end of the weekend. I got a SW alert a while ago that said new collection activity has been detected. I checked the alert and it was for the same collection for the same account.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;A couple of weeks ago they had mistakingly updated to PIF instead of deleting like they promised and when I checked my SW alert this time it showed the exact same information as the previous SW alert and my score stayed exactly the same. I guess I'm just wondering if SW even tells you whether or not a TL is deleted or not or if it just detects that a CA has changed some information.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This SW and the last one look exactly the same and like I said, no score change either time, so if it is actually deleted this time will it take some time for EQ to update my score or if it was going to happen would it have been updated at the exact same time as this SW alert came in? Or, do I have to buy an updated report to get a new score at this time?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I just don't want to waste the money if this TL if in fact was not deleted like it was supposed to have been. BTW, this is a very recent collection so a considerable boost in score would be expected. So my score didn't not change based on the age of the collection.       <description>&lt;p&gt;I was disappointed to find out that paying $4.95 a month for the TU monitoring doesn't get you a score update like EQ does. The score only updates quarterly at the same time you get a new report. So essentially, you pay regular price for an item that doesn't update until after 3 months.  Where is the savings deal? I can pay $19.95 whenever I want to pull the report anyways, but with the monitoring it's like you're on a payment plan. Am I missing something here?&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;For some reason my Scorewatch subcription has disappeared.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I can't view or access any previous scores alerts or reports.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I am not sure what the issue is, and wanted to know if this has happned before, or what the cause of this could be.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
