topic Auto Refi? in Auto Loans

What would costs associated with refinancing an auto loan run? I have financed almost 30k with Ford at 5.99. I could have gotten 0 for 60 or 1.9 for 72, but I ended up getting about 10k in rebates on model year end clearance and they wouldn't let me have the super low rate and all the rebates. Would it be worth it to go to a credit union or my bank (WF) and try to refinance with a lower rate?

I refinanced my wife's car a couple of months ago through our local credit union and the only costs were a $45 doc fee and $289 for GAP (not required, my choice) at a rate of 2.83%
