Does HSBC have a love button?

I just got my HSBC card measley 300.00 limit, has anybody had any luck calling them to ask for a cli? If so what number did you call?

I called and tried to cancel over it and they increased me from $300 to $500. Not much, but still better. I used this card to spend a couple hundred on something I needed, and now it sits in the sock drawer while I pay it down.

I wish they did! They used to be pretty generous with paid increases, but not so any more! I think when HSBC took over Household and Orchard their intent has been to weed out most of the subprimers!
