I just got my card and activated it and they suspended my account and are do a FR on me already!!

Didn't you apply for Zync, Green and Gold within a short period of time? That could be why.

i havent recieved my Green Card yet and as soon as i activated my Gold Card i told them i was gonna spend alot on my card and thats what triggered it. after i send documents how long does review take?

How exactly did you do this ? Did you have to call in to activate your card or did you test your spending ability on the AMEX website ??

Also how much were you planning on charging ?

Did you say a crazy number or something way above your income? They let me charge 3x my income stated on the report without even a phone call which is why im asking.

my income is $356k because i work full time and own a business so im real busy and i told them i was gonna spend 75k or more a month and i asked if my card could handle it and they said they want to do income verification. or FR

In addition to this, from reading some of your past posts, you've recently applied for mutliple accounts, you were denied for Amex cards mutliple times, you had to take out a $90K personal loan (realize you had good reasons), and if I recall, you just turned 18 last year. I'm not trying to beat up on you, but I see these kinds of threads all the time. Someone posts that they have been FR'd as if it came completely out of the blue. When you don't list the possible reasons that it could have happened, it serves to fan the Amex FR hysteria.

Why would you base your opinion of a CC on an a single CCH? I am pretty sure the company has their reasons. We don't even know anything about the applicant???

Did they ask you how much you were going to spend on the card or did you provide this info. to them willingly?
