BofA Luv Button.....Response?

I pushed the BofA Luv button for my 123 card and got the "we will notify you in 5-7 days of our decision by mail". Is that a denial?

A denial would have been straight up "Denied" or something of the sort.

I'd say "Call" but it's BoA, and I usually avoid talking to them on the phone.

Use their website and see if you can chat live with a rep.

Either call in or wait for decision. Either way it is a hard pull.

I'm assuming denial. I did the online chat and the csr said it was "in process" and cli can take 5-7 days.
