What an awesome day, and it's all pretty much thanks to you guys

Amex Zync, BCE and Discover More approvals today, and I couldnt have gotten to this point without the advice and wisdom here. Thank you guys so much! Now my impromptu app spree is done and I can get to gardening ahead of schedule!! :smileyvery-happy:

Thanks! I'll be gardening at least 6 months, after which time I'll probably do a mortgage re-fi and maybe go for one more card. I'm sure it will all depend on what hits my scores take from aaoa and inq's from this. On a good note though, my availible credit is 10x higher now, so maybe there might be some small utilization improvement to offest those aspects of getting new credit.

Thanks, I also made it a point to do a couple of 0% balance transfers, so that the Disco is the only card holding a balance now at 9% utilization, making my overall utilization ~5% counting my new availible credit (from a previous util. of 27%). Seriously, Im on cloud nine right now.

That's actually a bit hard to say as dispute results aren't all back, but i think it's safe to say that the only baddies left are some 30 day lates, and a 60 day late that are >3 years old. AAoA varies from 4.2 years to 5.9 years, four TL's, a mortgage, an installment loan, and maybe one inq in the last six months if that. Scores are those in my sig, though the TU and EX may be higher... I'll definitely be interested to see what score I get from Amex. Utilization was 27% with balances on two of four TL's.

Some misrepresented lates, and a paid collection with wonky info. From what I've read on here, open disputes don't seem to be much of an obstacle, plus i know that a few have already been resolved despite not having notification.

So your Experian report is showing open disputes at the exact time of approval?

Yep, when I go online to check my Experian dispute status, two of the four items are "updated" (collection and a late) and the last two are "pending" (lates) with a resolution date of 4/26/12. Also keep in mind that this was also done in conjunction with a fair number of GW letters/faxes/emails/calls to the creditors to fix things on thier end. So whether the dispute fixed things, or the correspondance did, I'm not sure, but the changes reflect across the respective CR's.

AMEX Zync: NPSL, AMEX BCE: 2.5k, Discovery More: 7k

Edit: And I misspoke earlier in my excitement, it's not 10x more availible credit, but closer to 4.5x, Existing availible revolving credit was $2900 not counting macys who doesnt report CL.
