Which is the easiest Chase to be approved for?

Does it help if you apply on an offer page like this, as opposed to going to the website cold?

Also, who does Chase usually pull?

BTW, to find it, I just Googled Chase freedom 300, so there may be other offers out there.

If you're interested, you should apply sooner rather than later. There was a $300 offer that was floating around recently and a short while after being posted on some of the travel blogs, it was pulled.

When I applied for a freedom a while back, they pulled EQ. I am in DC.

Don't know about ease of approval. But I doubt it matters whether you go through an affiliate link or directly through their page. I imagine both get reviewed by the same automatic system.

Wow $350 now? I got in on the $300 deal and combined with my Chase checking account (10% bonus + 10 points per transaction) Freedom is one of the best cards out there. Go for it.

Unless you're blacklisted, with your scores it shouldn't be a problem. Try calling the automated app status number.

I tried the automated number from backdoor sticky. It said you'll be notifed of our decision in approximately 2 weeks. Sounds like a denial to me. :smileysad:

Call in and ask to speak to a credit analyst and they will manually review your file.

I got the same msg. you did, called in and the analyst said everything was good except they want to see more time on my new accounts first.

If you got the same message and weren't approved, that doesn't bode well. The difference is that you can let your accts age and reapply. From what I've read here, they're not very forgiving. But some posts said that 10 years seemed to be their blacklisting cut-off, so I thought that I had a chance.

I applied for the 30,000 bonus in February and just called for the 5,000 point adjustment. She said she would send the request to a higher up and my adjustment should be available when my next statement posts.

If they asked, you got the offer in the mail.

So here’s my question… I was approved last night for the 350 promo, but the one with 100 cash back offers zero percent financing for 15 months. I would prefer that over the 350. Do you think they will honor that one as well?

That's odd, because I just did that this morning. I don't see how it can be expired. It won't work for me, because I haven't cleared my cookies and it knows that I already apped. But it should still work. I mean, I did this 6 or 7 hours ago.

eta: I just checked, and you're right. It looks like they already closed the offer! Wow. That was the smallest window ever.

Congratulations:smileyvery-happy: Good way to start an early weekend too. I hate being "new" to credit. I'd love to get in on this promotion-some links still work over on other sites- but I only have student loans from September and a credit card from January on my file...making my oldest account 8 months old and the new account 3-4 months old which makes my AAoA 4 months :( The only positive factor is I haved banked with Chase for about 5-6 years (before it was a joint account while I was under age) I have no chance at this deal right fico experts?

It looks like Chase closed the offer down this morning. Someone else posted on my other thread that Chase likes to see at least 2 yrs of history on at least a couple of TLs. So, it sounds like you might need more time for the Freedom. But they do have a college/student card. So, that might be an option for you.
