    <description>&lt;p&gt;IIRC all you need to do is join consumer conuncil (free) to be eligible for NASA credit union.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I hate it when CC company do spending tier on rewards.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;It seems my CU, RBFCU has changed the terms of their cashback MC.  It was 1% on all purchases but now you need to run 3K a year through it to get that rate.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;LOL the 3k is no problem but was wondering if others have seen their CCCs doing that as well.  I know Discover does that.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Discover does this. My amazon visa does not. Navy federal does not. With navy if you spend over 10k you get 1.5%. I met the 3k spend for discover in January. Amex does.not do this with my zync MR points&lt;/p&gt;</description>
