What are my chance with BOA.......

I'm definitely NOT apping any time soon for ANY cards whatsoever but I want to prepare myself for the future so I won't waste any inq's......

I have a paid BOA charge off from 2008 set to drop 04/2015 (mind you I paid them before the acct was charged off but they hit me with bogus "interests fees" after I paid them which is what they actually charged off)......

Are my chance of getting back in with BOA slim to none because I burned them?

I wouldn't worry about them. They don't offer anything that you can't get equal or better elsewhere. From your post you didn't burn them, they burned you and trashed your credit in the process. Why would you want to give them any business again?

Although I had all my 3 cards closed (at consumer's request) with BOA and paid them off way in advanced and in full, they still hate me even after 4 years. I tried my luck last november since my FICo's have gone up by more than 100 points since 2010, no joy.

They tend to be unforgiving at least in my case.

I agree with other posters here who have observed that unless there's a specific card you'd like from them (such as Alaska Airlines), there's no compelling reason to have any of their cards, since better rewards/deals can all be found elsewhere.

I like BofA and never had an issue with them. They can be forgiving too, I think a paid CO = likely to get approved. They don't seem to have the strict door closed forever policy that American Express Bank does.
