Does CSP give 2X points for Highway toll payments ? Anyone have any experience with it.

According to Thepointsguy.com tolls do count. I'm also fairly certain I read about them here before, but I have no first hand experience.

That site says you will get 2x points on...

"Airlines
Auto/truck/RV rental
Limos and taxis
Lodging
Travel agencies
Railways
Tolls and bridges
Parking (lots, meters, garages)
Bus
Time shares"

Yes tolls are included, I read it on the CSP website.

It was only higher once which was 50k. I heard of folks getting more but those offers were invitation only.

Yes, it has. I got 50,000 points after I spent $3,000 in 3 months.
