      <description>&lt;p&gt;People usually spend a lot more during Christmas. If you have a higher credit line you are more likely to spend more. The banks want you to spend a lot of money and pay them interest.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>With Amex, only the initial credit line can be increased after 61 days, then any approved cli after will require a six month period.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Nah, Discover is a stickler, no cli for at least six months-absolutely no way around it lol!</description>

      <description>I received a Discover auto CLI after my 4th statement cut.... Went from 5k to 6.5k&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;No idea what triggered it, but apparently I did something right. :-)</description>
