AMEX Sucess!!!!!!

Wohoo!!! So I app'd for both Amex delta gold and BCE and was approved for both!!! Finally after 9 years post bk I was able to get in the door with a solid company. I was only approved for $1000 on the delta gold but they gave me $2500 on the BCE. I'm hoping to get the 3x cli in 61 days. Fingers crossed!!!

Yes. I just called them today because I had an account back in 2003. I called the number on the back of the card and the rep put me on hold for a couple minutes and came back and said that my new cards should arrive withing 5-7 days with the corrected date. How awesome is that!?

Very awesome! Last time I got put on hold I figured they were trying to trace my call and the FBI special forces white collar credit card special agents were gearing up to assault my credit limits. :smileyvery-happy:

Well I initially applied for the Delta because from what I've read it's the easiest to get. As soon as I got the approval for that I figured I may as well pull the trigger on the BCE. I'm glad I did but I'm not sure how I feel about the AF on the Delta. I might take them up on the $500/30,000 mile offer though. Still pondering. I wish I could trade in for the True Earnings because I do shop at Costco pretty frequently. The only two cards I really want in my collection now are Chase Sapphire Preferred and Citi Diamond or Thank You Preferred. I should prob garden for a while though and let some inq's fall off before I do that. It's so hard to resist thought!!!! GAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!
