    <description>&lt;p&gt;Probably going to be re-landscaped again in Q3/Q4 , sooner or later there's going to be a pull back; however, until that point the offers are going to continue to spiral upward from the various lenders.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;   &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Certainly would be nice if I had started my credit rebuilding a year earlier, I suspect approval requirements will drop on some of the prime lenders until that pull back occurs or they'll start introducing new products targetted at their current sub-marginal approvals.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;</description>
