Does TransUnion FICO use the same scale as Equifax FICO when it comes to scoring? I know Equifax is something like 350-850, I think. Is transunion the same?

I've read it in multiple places that the real ranges are the following.

EQUIFAX 334-818
TU04 309-839
EXPERIAN 320-844

The other forum has this info as well as here: (Mod Cut)

edit: Sorry, but we can't let this link be posted, because the referenced site has links to unethical credit repair sites. (The FICO legal department starts breathing heavily when this happens, because it can get FICO into lots of trouble by posting such links.) Thanks for your understanding. :)

The score ranges posted above are the ones I posted originally for the exact score ranges for each CRA's Classic FICO based upon FICO 04 as used for virtually all mortgages. The design range for each, and all other Classic FICOs, is 300-850. There are Classic FICOs for each of the FICO generations: 95, 98, 04, 8. Last is not called 08 BTW. There are industry options for each which have a design range of 250-900, but actual ranges more in the 300-850 range. The only FICOs that are way off are the two generations of Nextgen FICO that you probably will never see.

If you add them all up there are a total of 21 FICO scores available from TU, although about half of them are mostly not being used.
