I'm sorry you are having problems with the PM's.

What exactly is happening when you click on "reply" to a PM?

What browser and version are you using?

I tried replying to your message and it's not working. I send it as "rich text" I have tried all the other ones with no success. When I click reply it says "click the back button blah blah does not exist"

Hi How2increase,

The first thing I would try would be to clear your cache. If that doesn't work, would it be possible for you to post or email me a screen shot of the page you get that asked you to click the back button?

I also need to know what browser and version you are using. (Firefox, Internet Explore, Chrome, Opera, etc.) This information helps our technical staff that will look into this issue.
