I cannot get Experian to remove a security freeze on my credit file. I have even FedExed a letter with all the copies of DL, utility bills etc. The bank says they have to check all three bureaus for a home loan. I can find no phone number that anyone will answer in that department. The "over the phone" computer credit freeze system just tells me to mail the request in. The "computer web" system just tells me to mail the same stuff in. Any other department I can call will just hang up on me - I am not their customer! Anyone have a phone number that these cretons will answer?

Where is the PIN they sent you? If you have it, you can go online and enter it to have it removed immediately.
