Until yesterday, I had NatCity's ID Protect. Their service allowed for daily pulls for all 3 every 24 hours and included a TransRisk FAKO and FAKO advice, for whatever that was worth. Basically it looked like TC but you can pull daily. Anyway I subscribed to them using my National City CC when I first got it. Well, PNC took over and issued a new card and I guess the charge for this service was rejected due to the old number. I was locked out and offered to pay them w/ my PNC when I called about the account status. They said they can accept payment but they only activate new accounts once a month on the 29th. They said whether I paid today or 3 weeks from now, my service won't start until the 29th. Bummer. But this does give me a chance to try some others.

Any CMS daily puller suggestions? It's been almost 2 yrs since I tried anything else. I know things have changed and I haven't been keeping up.

How's CreditSecure via Amex? Is that like TC? Any others?

And no....I'm not looking to switch to CCT.

As much as I hate EX and their products, I had to keep my CreditSecure subscription alive due to the fact I had my debit card and a CC number stolen. Creditsecure is good and you don't have to wait 24 hours +1 minute to pull.

ETA: I'm not sure how CS handles new customers these days. When I signed on a long time ago, I was only allowed to pull once then I had to wait 30 days before I could pull daily.

I'm not a member of USAA so I guess that's out unless I join. However I do have Amex and found this when clicking the CS info link:

During your first 30 days you will receive access to all CreditSecure features and benefits, although you will only be able to review one three-bureau report and scores during that time. After the first 30 days, membership allows access to two sets of credit reports and scores per month.

So, I know they were daily pullers at one point but I guess they cut that out for new members.

Still looking though.

I had ConsumerInfo once before after receiving it for free after an ID theft issue. I'm guessing it still looks like CCT, but at a cheaper price. DW has CCT and there's a number of reporting inaccuracies. I find myself ordering from the CRAs just to confirm the info.

If I'm remembering right, Ilecs doesn't want CCT - but maybe he could share why for others who are reading this post.

Funny you should ask. I had them for myself and currently use them for DW and incomparing products, I've found a number of issues with CCT:

1) CCT won't show any history beyond 2 yrs. Other products like TC varieties, myFICO reports, and others don't show the full history beyond 2 yrs, but at least they'll give you a summary of how many lates you have beyond 2 yrs and CCT won't even tell you that.

2) CCT lacks reported dates. My NatCity (and TC as far as that went...pre-ruin) showed the reported date. You can get a general idea of when a TL will report next and you can't get that info from CCT.

3) CCT's status reporting is a bit off. I see a number of posters within Rebuilding Your Credit get up in arms about how this baddie or they reports as an "open" account for example. If you pull directly from the CRA, you'll sometimes see a big difference in reporting.

4) CCT's comment section differs from the same section if pulled directly from the CRA, or at least IME. DW (and I) have a repo and on CCT EQ it says "pays as agreed" with no lates showing. But the same EQ report from Equifax shows "repossession" in the comments w/ 9 lates.

5) On CCT, the reporting is off when comparing same accounts. For example, DW has 3 HSBC TLs, HSBC Discover, HSBC MC, and HSBC Best Buy. The EQ and TU Best Buy TLs will line up (on the same row) with the EX HSBC Discover or with the HSBC MC and the EX Best Buy will line up with the HSBC Discover or HSBC MC. It's all screwy. I'll often look at it and say "wooohooo, CLI!!!" or "Noooooo, CLD!" before I regain my senses and realized they mixed them up again. And it varies day after day. Sometimes it is right and others it is wrong. Also, she has other accounts, like her Target, that will be on the same row for TU and EQ but on a different row for EX. All mixed up.

6) Finally, CCT's price is higher than the others pre-discount. We never make a decision on price alone (otherwise we'd all drive Yugos), but when comparing the features, other CMSs are/were better at a lower price.

Issues aside, I do like CCT's ability to pull less than 24 hrs apart on differing days and I like the ability to get free EX reports from Experian any time you want via CCT.
