I'd like to obtain a copy of the Metro 2, Item E-395 Credit Reporting Resource Guide distributed by the CDIA. If anyone already has a copy or has credentials, please let me know.

For some reason I thought there was a newer version than the one that was published in 2000. Is it possible that this is a copy of the latest one?

The "Credit Reporting Resource Guide" is the credit reporting manual jointly developed by each of the four major CRAs (Innovis is also a participant) along with their contractor, the Consumer Data Industry Association.

CDIA has copyright to the Guide, and enforces it. For another to make a copy available to you would be a violation of federal copyright law.

CDIA sells the Guide through their web site, but purchase is restricted to the credit industry. It is not public domain information.
