They couldn't access my Chase account info without my authorization. They wanted to know when the account was opened, the credit limit, the balance, if anyone else was on the account because the account is so new it isn't on my credit reports. My husband is an AU and they asked if it was joint, we both said no at the same time. Of course, there is a zero balance and has never been used.
