Clear to Close on June 19th

I received the call that we are clear to close and the closing is confirmed for 2:00pm on June 19th. Is there anything else that could jeopardize this or am I free to breath now. This whole process has been very stressful and I am scared to be excited. Can I be excited yet? :smileyvery-happy:

Friday the 19th is our day too...Best of luck to you ! Everything is in order on our end...Still a little nervous though.

Hopefully close early Friday...Pack some stuff the rest of the day,pick up the truck and move the big stuff Saturday morning and be sleeping in the new place that night. Best part is I'll still have money in the bank after all this !

I am totally with you on that one! I'm way too nervous to be excited.

Our UW says we're approved and then asks for all this additional information 2 days later...its getting ridiculous. We should hear today whether we're clear to close this week. I should be excited that by this weekend the house will be ours, yet I'm so nervous that they're going to need something else or documents we already provided them wont be good enough.

Hopefully everything works out for all of us in the end!...and hopefully that end is very near!

I am also cleared to close on this Friday, but I'm so nervous as well. Good luck to everyone who is supposed to close this Friday.

Just got the news that I'm closing early - this Wednesday the 17th!

Just 2 days away from owning my first home! I can start being excited! :)

ugh. i was just told that once i do finally sign papers, it's taking a WEEK right now for them to fund the loan. BAH!!

lender must have maxed out their credit line. i have seen this before.

We are now proud first time homeowners. Everything went smoothly with the closing and I was surprised to see my TU score very close to what was on myfico. Of course my lender used the '04 classic version and I actually scored 3 points higher than what was shown on here. My experian was 660 and my EQ was exactly what it was on here 652. Looks like I didn't have to sweat it out as much as I thought. I hope everyone else had as smooth a go as I did. Congrats to all the new homeowners.
