And I paid regular price for some of those TU reports. Any reason those are gone too? I will say that the CSR was very efficient and he gave me $5 off my SW for 6 months for no apparent reason which was cool. Any suggestions for me to get back the TU reports I bought outside of Quarterly Monitoring?
