No fico provided but card charged anyhow?

I just went through the whole process to get my one time fico for 19.95. At the end of the checkout it said my identity couldn't be verified and I had to call them? I answered all the questions accurately! Of course they are closed so I can't call and now my card was still charged. Anyone know why this happened?

Call them. There is probably something incorrect on your credit report so that the information you provided does not match.

The exact same thing just happened to me, but they charged me five times!!! Of course, they're closed...trying to improve my credit, and now my card has been charged up $150!!! Did you have any luck?

I can't say what happened but rest assured that you will not be charged if a report/score wasn't able to be generated. Just call tomorrow morning.
