Error on SW Fico Score Simulator?

Credit at a glance shows my total revolving as $3902, which is correct. But when I go to use the Score Simulator it shows $3437, a difference of $465, which happens to be the most recently reported balance of one of my credit cards (open/paid as agreed). Any ideas why this is?

Yes limit and balance reporting. Now that I think about it, there may be an old dispute comment. But there would have been a follow up one that says updated from a dispute..

Even if the dispute ended some time ago, the comment could still remain. I'd check to make sure. That would explain why it isn't factored.

Ok, can I expect any surprises when I ask them to remove the comment? For example right now its over the limit. Does it mean that its not factored into my score/util because of the dispute comment?

Right. Once the comment goes away, then expect a score drop. If the comment goes away, and util is in check, then the score could increase if util is improved.
