What I am working on Now

So here is a run down of the baddies on my CR that I am working on this month:

First Premier Bank

DOFD 12/2008

Balance $652.00

Charge Off

Call ed FP to see if they still owned the account and was going to pay Balance down

Said Account had been sold, I said that since account had been sold they should be showing

a zero balance, Rep from FP said to Dispute and they would change balance to 0

that will cut my Util by 49%

Paragon Revenue Group

Med Collection

DOFD 03/2009

$96.00

Sent PFD

Rhodes, Kelly and Assoc

Med Collection

DOFD 05/2011

$1213.00

Called OC on this one as I haven't have surgery found to be a billing Error

said they would have CA remove from my reports with 7 to 10 days.

JL Watson and DOFD 11/2007

Bonded Collection Agency DOFD 02/2008

DV'd both of them as they are both reporting for the same Account

Hopefully one will come off my reports

Bonded Collection Agency DV came back as Moved, Left no Address

looked them up online found new addy sent DV there.

I find that I can work better and stay focused if I have a journal or log

I am also posting it here so that if anyone has any advice on how to

proceed they can jump in and give me a hand.

Approved for Cap1 Secured Card and put 350.00 on it

Will use it for Mr. Ninny's food and PIF every month before

The "report" date

Getting a Secured card from my bank with

a 300.00 limit will use that for Gas and PIF each

month before "reporting" date

Getting a US Bank Harley Davidson Secured card with a 200 limit

Will use it for Chicken Feed and then again PIF before the reporting date

Ordering Scorewatch on 11/28/2011 I sure do miss

the Score Simulator

I will not apply for anymore new credit until 11/25/2012

I hope to have scores up to 725+ buy March of 2013 or sooner

3 DV's going out in the am for:

Asset Acceptance Corp

Trident Asset Management

Fair Collections and Outsourcing

Sending out PFD too:

Absolute Collection Service $128.00

With Trident Asset Management I would do a PIF in you know its your debt. I called them on the phone had them fax me a letter stating the arrangement (they have a form letter that they can send in seconds) and then pay them because all they really want is the money.

I am not 100% sure it is mine that is why I sent the DV

If they can validate I will happily PFD

I am PFD'ing and HIPPA (Medical) everything I know for sure is mine and have had

a bunch (22 down to 5) collections come off my report :)

Congratulations you are on a roll. I suggested paying T.A.M. because they are botton feeding creditors and if you needed the credit for a home or auto loan I would just cut to the chase with them since the accept PIF's unlike some of the other collection agencies.

Hopefully, they are unable to verify and you can get it removed that way without paying any money.

It will most likely be a couple weeks before I hear back from them they just

got their DV on 11-21-2011, I don't know how fast they are about responding.

PFD accepted for Trident Asset Management will pay that on 12-02 it will be off my CR in 30 days and will also knock 125.00 off my Util :)

Mailed 6 more DV's this morning for different accounts found on my (4)EX and (2)TU that were not on my EQ

Mailed 2 Past SOL letters in response to dunning letters for accounts that were in 2002 and 2003

Still waiting on scorewatch to pop up with the 5/2011 collection removed and for the FP to go to ZERO balance(another 652.00 off UTIL)

after the Trident asset and the FP come off my Util that will drop it from 100% down to about 13% :smileyvery-happy:

Sent out a DV to JL Walston and Assoc on 11/18

they signed for it on 11/22( they were 1 of 2 CA's reporting the same debt)

Got a Scorewatch alert last night for +9 on my EQ and they are gone

off my reports :D Still waiting to get their response in writing

if there is one but I am so thankful this is gone.

Got a DV response back from Asset Acceptance LLC that said

You owe $630.22

Intrest $ 17.99

Welcome to Asset Acceptance blah blah blah for another paragraph

if you dispute this debt within 30 days we will send you the name of the

Origional Creditor and obtain verification of the debt

OK so why didn't they do that with my DV letter? UGH!!!

USPS CMRRR here I come!!!

In a holding pattern now, waiting on GW responses

and 2nd DV letter to Asset Acceptance.

I am still waiting on DV's that were signed for on 11/22 from 3 CA's hopefully they are just going to delete :)

Also waiting to hear back from about 6 PFD's.

Since 11/28 I have gone up 18+ on EQ and 10+ on TU not sure about EX as I

can't get a score and don't wanna app just yet and EX doesn't like me :(

Trident Asset Paid just waiting on it to come off since they send their stuff through on the 25th.

Keeping my fingers crossed that everyone gets many deletions, gw's and HUGE point jumps for Christmas this year :)

yeh, i would like to know...i just donjt trust them, i got a bmg acct., 48 bucks, that took a chunk out of my experian report, i paid it yesterday, and now i'm disputing it, that way it will be done quicker, i just want it off completely....they said it would be, but i just done trust them.....and this was from 7 or 8 yrs ago, ijust found out....

i have a 795 of the other 2 reports and 724 with experian afer the trident thing....i didnt realize how much one hting could hurt....only nick i have on my report and it did that much damage...

I am almost there

I have went from 22 Med collections in June 2008 down to 1 as of today :)

I have went from 18 other collections down to 5 as of today :)

I plan on PFD'ing all that is remaining with our tax return then I will be COLLECTION FREE.

Trust and believe that when all these are gone I will do everything in my power to stay

Collection free!!!

I have to work on GW's to First Premier Bank and Credit One Bank.

Not expecting a lot of luck with Credit One since they are owned by the

same company that owns Resurgent, LVNV, etc... but it's worth a shot.

What ever happened to Absolute Collect Services? Were you able to get that removed? I have a $25 paid collection on my CR thinking of trying to GW. Also, I'm in the same loop with LVNV and Resurgent...arrgghh! Were they ablet o verify your debt or did you just get that little cookie cutter paragraph they send out as validation?
