Check your PM. I have sent so many to them with no luck. Their last response pretty much told me to "buzz off" and that they would not respond to any more correspondence regarding my account. Maybe you will have better luck!

Try the direct route the # on back of card go enter your account etc. and try to speak with human hope thaqt helps it cant hurt

can you give the contact info too. I tried one GW letter however they reply the had to report accurated information and wont help.

Try PRESREF@premierbankcard.com. I've gotten a few responses from this address. However, First premier is not very likely to do a PFD. I've tried.
