January I ordered all three of my credit reports after a realtor ran my credit.

I disputed almost everything on it. Today I went back to see my realtor and to my surprise my scores went up 43-75 pts between the 3 bureaus.

I've applied for the Orchard unsecured cc online and it said that I was approved so I'm just waiting on it.

I would target the remaining derogatives on your report such as collection accounts, charge-offs, or late payment if you have any. Send out debt validation letter on any debts that you're unsure about its legitimacy, offer PFD for unpaid debts, and GW paid debts/late payments.
