Today i sent an email to the CEO/President of HSBC and the Chairman of the Board at around 2pm, i then get a call while i was on my schoolbus around 4:25pm from a lady in the execs office she said that they would comply with my request. I let out a big scream of joy.

I hope they dont review my video tape because i could get in big trouble! :smileysurprised:

I think i have everyone squared away, let me know if i missed you! I wish the best to all.

Funny thing is that i received a denial letter on the same day i received a yes. I had just wrote out 8 letters that i was about to send off, i'm so glad i didnt put stamps on them! :smileyvery-happy:

Just wanted to add that i just checked my yahoo account and seen that the president himself responded to my email. He basically said that one of his colleagues would be addressing my concerns. That mean alot to me that he took time to respond to my inquiry, busy as they are.
