    <description>&lt;p&gt;I sent discover a GW-email on Monday,  got a call today and they said there is nothing they can do.   And will not remove the CO.    Said I should just add a letter to my CRs to explain my situation.    Should I just give up with them??     Any thoughts or advice will be helpful... Thx&lt;/p&gt;</description>
