Pulled up my credit reports for the month....

Credit One Bank Charge Off --- DELETED

Thanks to everyone for their help, support, and advice!!!!

Just have to figure out how to crack Capital One and First Premier.....

On the way to my dream of having high enough credit scores for an FHA mortgage on my first home!!!!...Keep Pushing!!!

I did a number of things with this account, so I'm not completely sure which one worked, but this is what I did, and the paid charge-off was deleted from all 3 reports....

Disputed credit one account with all 3 bureaus via CMRRR

after I received a "validated/verified" response from all 3 bureaus, I sent a dispute to credit one bank (623 dispute)

at the same time that I did this, I sent a MOV (611) to all three bureaus

Credit One sent a letter stating that the account was verified

at this time, I still did not receive the MOVs from the bureaus

I sent a letter via CMRRR to Credit One requesting that they send me all documents pertaining to my account

I sent a GW email to the CEO of credit one

Charge-off removed a little over a month later!!!!

Wish I could help with first premier. I've been working on them forever with no luck. From what I've received from them and what I've read on the forums, First Premier doesn't do GW whatsoever.

can you send me the contact info? I am having the same fight with them. However, I DO NOT remember this account. they show on my credit report that the account was opened 09/08/08 and then closed on 10/01/08 and it was opened with a credit limit of 250.00 but yet was closed with a balance of 1089.00. This is not making sense.

This totally worked for me! Back in 2009 I settled for less than full with a collection agency, and just over a month ago I faxed credit one bank a goodwill letter stating that I settled the debt along with a copy of the receipt from the agency, and credit one just deleted experian and transunion reports, im still waiting for equifax to fall off

I am also dealing with credit one and am looking for any email and/or mailing addresses so that I can get them off my credit report.
