I too would like the info please. I've got a GW letter to send. I've exhausted what I have already. All over a very minor issue. I hope to reach out to someone a bit more understanding.

Actually I received the letter before I ever used the info that you gave me. I had sent out an email on the 5th and letter came on the 9th. But I absolutely appreciate the info you gave me. Mine was from a different name, same title as your guy. :) Hey whatever works. :)

I also have an address to the Ge Capital presidential offices and the number to a cusumer relations corporate specialist that assisted me in getting rid of my collection. PM me if any one needs the info.

Not trying to barge in on your thread or anything, but I thought starting a new thread for the same thing was kind of pointless. :)
