    <description>is it possible to actually sue the collection co?....back to above average credit after 18 months (694 average), become self employeed and they wont remove a PROVEN! and police filed fraud account from nov 2003 I go before the SBA on a substancial loan and this dropped me 57 pts.....whats the amount I could sue for </description>
