So I just saw my updated EQ and scores went up but my TU dropped. It's showing a neg from 2008 for 1 month late. It doesn't show on EQ which is correct. When I contacted direct loans they said they reported without any baddies. When I disputed with TU they said it was verified. Will this be removed with Mohela now that they took on the loan or what are my best options. I'm over the run around I just need answers and direction to take to clear that up

Please PM me letter & email address. Mohela just picked up my loan from US Dept of Ed. And they are reporting a baddie.

So you're pleased with Mohela? I know in your earlier post you weren't pleased with the results. What was your score prior with Direct & how much did it increase by once yiou made the switch? Do you have one student loan or multiple? Lastly we're they consolidated by Mohela into one payment or kep separately. I appreciate your feedback

Dear Fico Member I had the same issue you experienced with direct loans where my score dropped 30 pts negatively on my Transunion. My EQ, EX reported correctly. Can you please provide me with some advice on what you did to correct prior to your loans being transferred to Mohela? I just received an email from Mohela that they have taken over my loans and I don't want my scores to drop any further. Please advise Thank You TVZ

Why didn't you apply for the platinum & what was your score prior to deciding to apply. I'm in the 750"s & I'm thinking of applying to Amex or patiently wait a little more

Discipline is the key to live a life of success
Anyone know min score Amex takes for Platinum card. Don't want to waste time applying instead prefer to reach out to those who know.
