      <description>&lt;p&gt;You will be just fine.  I just closed on March 5th and my LO did the same thing.  Put in the offer as conventional and during escrow&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;changed to FHA as I was able to get more lender credit.  I am in California as well.  Good Luck!!!&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I was really trying to apply for a mortgage by October 15th.  My other credit card with a balance of zero should report by&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;October 12th.  We have until Dec. 31st to be out of our current residence and I feel like I am really cutting it close!  Hopefully&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;everything will work out.  I really need that mid-score of 640.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Well I only received a 13 point increase.  I am up to 605 for my equifax score and I am at 43% UTI.  Hopefully it will be&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;better next month once I pay down the rest.  I really need to have a mid-score of 640.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I am wondering what my score would be when the following occurs...I currently have 2 cc's with a  total uti of 89%&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;and will pay them down to about 50% a the end of this month.  (Next month I will get them down to below 9%)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Also my new car loan will reach the 6 month mark at the end of the mark.  My AAoA is 3 years with my oldest&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;account being at 5 years 11mo's. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Thanks to all who respond!&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Very intersting.  I sort of had the same issue.  I had  FP charge off from 2006 and in Nov they offered me&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;another card.  My CO is still listed and I have a $300 limit on my new card.  I am currently waiting on a DV for&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;the charge off.   Curious to see what they do.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If you are repairing your credit, I would take the deal.  Make sure they will remove one, if not both, of the&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;charge offs. &lt;/p&gt;</description>
