0% Honda Financing (72 Months)

Does anyone know if Honda ever runs 0% specials for 72 months? Right now they have 0.9% for up to 60 months and 1.9% for 72. I have seen 0% for 60 months before, just not sure about 72 months.

Looking to buy a '15 Accord Sport. Thank you in advance!

Re: 0% Honda Financing (72 Months)

I worked for Honda for over 15 years, and they will not go past 60 months at 0%. But knowing the dealers ins and outs, when you get 0% you're usually paying full pop for it, whereas if you settle for .9 to 1.99 you can usually negotiate the sale price even lower and either make it equal to the 0% deal or better!

So in essence you agreed with dealer for sale price of 26k at zero % for 433/month 60 months of course that equals to 26k at the end of the term whereas you negotiate price to 23500 at 0.9 for 72 months, payments at 335/month equates to 24120 end of term?! No brained huh? LOL

Re: 0% Honda Financing (72 Months)

Great advice! They offered me a '15 Sport at $20,700 with 0.9% for 60 months or 1.9% for 72 months.

I prefer 72 months because it still lets me stay ahead of the vehicle's depreciation, and I'd rather put an extra $80-100/mo elsewhere rather than a virtually interest-free loan Smiley Wink.
