Hi everyone im hoping someone can help me out a bit with some numbers, FYI im new to leasing and have nothing under my report thats major. Im 28 years old, home is paid for and currently make 5K a month with no expenses.

10 major creditcards under my name with 100k+ in limits combined with nothing owed.

Car: 170k

Down payment: 10k

TU: 800+

EX: 800+

EQ: 790

Anyone have any idea what im looking at monthly? Please i already know im aiming for the moon but this is my dream car.

$170k, $10k down.  Assuming $2,200 in fees, (I assume this has a gas guzzler tax), 36 month term, .0020 MF, 12k annually, 54% residual.  Payments should be about $2700 a month.

5k per month in income might be your stumbling block to get approved. The car payments alone will account for 50% of your income. So no matter how high your credit score is, income and lack of existing loans or previous loans might count against you.
