3-5 New accounts - apply or wait?

I just got 2 new capital one accounts, for a total of 5 new accounts this year, basically all the cards in my sig.

I need a car loan, should I wait till the cap one accounts hit my cr, or do it now while I'm only showing 3 new accounts?

I opened around 14 new accounts last month and I got approved for three auto loans, DCU, PenFed and BMW Financial. I don't think auto loan lenders really care... at least not those three I mentioned.

I think you should be fine. I would try with a local CU or DCU/PenFed.
