I just got a car today and decided to update my USAA CMS 3-1 and noticed that I have 4 hard pulls on TU and one on EQ. Three of my TU pulls are from Chase... anyway I can dispute inquiries from the same lender in the same day??

If the pulls are all auto-loan related they just could as one as far as scoring. I don't know why chase would hard pull the same credit report 3 times on the same CB (TU), they shouldn't, but they might be willing to delete two of those three on request. You can dispute the 3 chase pulls with TU as duplicate listing, but I give you a 1 in 4 chance of getting TU to remove the extra 2. Call chase and ask them to correct the record, but keep in mind that these pulls are not really hurting your scoring since they are all auto loan inquiries within 30 days.
I just noticed some more hard pulls on my reports. Only 1 says automotive, but they were all pulled by my dealer. Will they still be counted as 1? Also why does Chase have a different address in one of the inquiries??

Auto Loans and Mortgage inquires tend to be "shopped" and result in a lot of pulls. As far as FICO scoring, 1 or 20 auto loan pulls within a week (I've heard some say a month) are treated as 1 inquiry.
the thing i dont understand is why Chase 3 times...

That does seem a bit strange - if it matters to you you can probably dispute the extra pulls as "duplicates" with the CRA's (same day, same lender) with a pretty decent chance of getting the extra "chase pulls" dropped. But then again, with eOscar no one really looks into things as its all automated. In either case it won't hurt your scoring.
