Anyone have a nationwide bank auto loan? I heard they have great rates.

I keep getting preapproval offers from them, the most recent being as low as 2.70% APR for 36 months. I'd like to bite, but I want to know more about their processes. I do have home and auto as well as a CC with them if that helps at all.
