My husband recently applied for an auto loan through Capital One. At the bottom of the application it stated that he agrees to let them share his information if they are NOT able to approve him in order to possibly get an approval from another lender.
However, they did approve him right away and yet we started getting e-mails and more importantly hard inquiries on his credit report within hours from other lenders. And he had not applied anywhere else yet - only Capital One. Is there anything that can be done to attempt to have those inquiries removed at all? Or do we just suck it up and move along?
Thanks for any input!

Your stuck with them but like mortgage inq, car inq within a certain period of time will be counted as 1 inq and not hurt your score
