Re: Auto Loan Approvals!

Technically it is, but the interest rate is not bad, i'll flip the car in 3 years or so.

Re: Auto Loan Approvals!

APPROVING BANK: Ford Motor Credit
BUREAU PULLED:  EXPERIAN AUTO
CREDIT SCORE:  770
CUSTOMER STATE OF RESIDENCE:  TX
NEW/USED:   New
YEAR OF VEHICLE:   2015
MAKE:   Ford
MODEL:  Focus ST
MILEAGE:   25

RETAIL/LEASE: Retail
AMOUNT OF LOAN:  $27,700
TERM CONTRACTED:  72
APR/LEASE RATE:  0.00%
MONTHLY PAYMENT:  $385
ANNUAL INCOME:  +100,000
MISCELLANEOUS COMMENTARY:  Ford was offering 0% for 72 months so it was too good to pass up their financing.  I'm retired and they just asked me how much I made from SS and investments and I gave them a verbal figure, no checking if that was correct.  Last auto loan was in 2010, paid off in 2012.  No issues whatsoever.  The ST is my playmobile......252hp, six speed manual, basically a high tech go kart (and it's red which means it is faster).

MISCELLANEOUS COMMENTARY: Had a 641 FICO score 3 months ago and after opening up several secured cards and credit cards...my credit went up like crazy! My APR was also pretty high, although my credit score was in the 720's, due to being a first time buyer. Hoping to refinance with my local credit union within a year for a lower rate. If u were to finance thru America Honda financial u probably could of got it for 2.9

I did not want the hassle of trying to prove my income since I'm a college student. I base my income on my part-time job, housing loans, and income tax. Problem is...most lenders will only accept my part-time job income as the only source of annual income. Capital One didn't ask any questions and the process was real smooth.

Re: Auto Loan Approvals!

APPROVING BANK: NFCU
BUREAU PULLED: EQ
CREDIT SCORE: 647
CUSTOMER STATE OF RESIDENCE: WV
NEW/USED: Used
YEAR OF VEHICLE: N/A Yet
MAKE: Audi
MODEL: Avant (preferably A6)
MILEAGE: N/A
RETAIL/LEASE:
AMOUNT OF LOAN: <20K
TERM CONTRACTED: 60
APR/LEASE RATE: 9.39
MONTHLY PAYMENT: $424.75
ANNUAL INCOME: 38K
DEBT TO INCOME RATIO: 25-30%
MISCELLANEOUS COMMENTARY:  Pre-approved for the full 20k I asked for, although at a pretty high interest rate.  Hoping 6 months down the line I can refinance for a better rate.  Still shopping around currently, I have money for down payment but no trade-in (passing down my current A6 Avant to teenage son).  The check from NFCU will be here Tuesday, so mainly internet shopping at the moment.  These are tricky cars to find in my price range with decently low miles, but they are out there...just need to find that needle in the internet haystack.
