That's true. I am not relying on Wells Fargo for my refi. Besides, the first year is where the bank makes most of their loan interest money anyways. I plan to refi in 6 months after I pay down on some of my credit cards. Still, asking doesn't hurt!
Congrats! Very smart deal! Nice monthly payment
Enjoy the car!
P.S. I guess we are not going to see you on "auto loans" forums for a while or untill the next car...
I'll still stick my nose around here. I'm working on getting my scores up so in a year maybe refin with a CU. The new diesel platform is great. I'm getting around 33+ mpg in the city and some have received 45+ on the freeway. Plus with the tax credit of $1300 its was an easy sell. I wanted to purchase it before June 30 since the tax credit is reduced by 50% until the end of the year.
I've heard some nightmares about Cap One but so far they have been great. They answered all my questions and I can talk to someone in just a few moments. I just had to email my dealership about a doc they forgot to fax to Cap One but they said they sent it last night so I'll check with Cap One today. The pain is making sure all the docs are sent so that there are no issues. All in all a good transaction.
Good work!
I see you are from OH... I'm thinking of purchasing BMW from Columbus OH... 500 miles away from NY where I am...

MISCELLANEOUS COMMENTARY: was optimistic I would get the Cap One approval, but surprised with Infiniti/Nissan Financial services
Has anybody gotten this pre-approval from Infiniti/Nissan? I love the FX35 & the Murano but don't really know how the lease approval works.
I wonder if this applies to the tier 1 rates or is it just to get me to the dealer and then hit me with tier 2 or 3 rates?
The letter is not specific just says pre-approved for up to 550 on any lease.
