cyberone28 - Congrats on the "awesome" car.
Definitely look to refi as soon as you can especially if you're a member of a CU.
CycleNKY - WTG! Nice rate for a nice car. Enjoy.

Congrats on your new car!
More importantly; Refi! Refi! Refi....as soon as you can. If you're not already with a credit union get with one and starting building a relationship so you can refi sooner than later. Credit Unions are usually easier to work with when rebuilding credit
That's definitely the plan Blunderer.

MILEAGE: 13
RETAIL/LEASE: Retail
AMOUNT OF LOAN: 22,394
TERM CONTRACTED: 60 mos.

MONTHLY PAYMENT: $381
ANNUAL INCOME: $45k
DEBT TO INCOME RATIO: ? this is my only pmt.
MISCELLANEOUS COMMENTARY: Didn't expect this. I'm 70 & retired. The only things my CRs show is 3 CCs, oldest history is 5 yrs & a 110k+ IRS lien that's been released, but still shows. (long story)
My CU is offering 2.74% but wanted to play 200 questions about the lien. Cap1 Blank Check offered me 4.85% up to 26k, so I went shopping. The finance lady at the Nissan store says my CR looks grim w/ no auto loans, mortgages, etc + short history. To make this part of the long story shorter, she says no 0% APR for me. Nissan considers me in Tier 4 & can only offer me 0.9%. Signed the papers & drove away before they could change their minds! Thanks for all the good info I've found here.
