Auto loan balanced changed from $0 to $4700

Has anyone experienced a.paid auto loan status changing from a balance of $0 to a new balance? I paid my auto loan off on 12/08/2016. Myfico updated to show this last week. Today I get a notice, your fico score has went down 1 point and looked to see that it showed a balance of $4700 now. I am pised that I have to keep running behing businesses to correct them. Why would that happen?

Not sure why they showed a balance again? Was $4,700 the amount you just paid recently?

It can take 30, even 60 days for some to see an update in credit reports.
