I applied and got approved for several auto loans. I will be responsible for the loan, but I want to add another person to the title of the car. Is that allowed? would the loan companies approve this?
I don't think that has anything to do with the actual loan but don't quote me on that. I think that after you buy the car, you can add a name to the title via the DMV?
This is a good question ~ It probably varies as to if the lienholder would allow. Typically your creditor holds the title until the loan is paid in full.
