Why not focus on paying down your debt faster and buying a nice used 2008-2010 BMW? Seems to me that you've done a lot of good stuff to get where you are but reading this makes me think you still have a ways to go. I can't see buying or leasing a new car as a good idea. IMHO! So feel free to ignore!
