Best Refinance Option with Lower APR?

Been looking at a few options online, BOA seems pretty solid, lower APRs than Chase and Discover. BOA believe is close to 2.9% if approved. 

Any recommendations?

Yes, I agree with CU's being the best.

My CU is currently offering 1.69% for 60 mos to refi a 2011 or newer vehicle.

Thanks for the heads up, did contact a few different credit unions, looking at 1.99%, not bad !
