We have never had a problem with them. We have been with them for 2 years with absolutely no problems and excellent customer service. They actually reached out to us to let us know to send military orders to them, I did and they complied. We have however always paid on time and kept in contact with them. With my experience I can say they are not a problem. If you are military and have a loan with them then pm me...I can help
We also never had a problem with them, financed a 05 BMW Z4 about 26K ( approved by CH13 Trustee) and in 60 months never had an issue. When we paid it off, no delays or funny business. Rates were high...but that was to be expected.
I never had issues with them .. I had a high interest rate, but that was my own fault. I paid my payments on time every month, and they reported correctly. The car ended up getting totalled, and I had no problems working with them over the phone to get everything taken care of.
Santander is the WORST credit related thing that has ever happened to me! 5 years after a voluntary surrender because of Mystery fees, high interest and predatory lending, my balance only went down $7000 after the auction of a LEXUS LS...REALLY??? Then 4 years ago, I had to work out a payment plan to show the mortgage company to close on my current home because Experian won't remove the erroneous reporting that has been occurring over the last 5 years. Even after $3000 worth of payments a year after the surrender, they are still reporting charged off every month with over a $10000 balance! Now I am in the process of wanting to buy a larger home and the mortgage lender tells me, this is the one thing that will need a resolution before we can close most likely! WTH...it's 5 years old now and way past any SOL in my state!! I found a link http://www.ggreen.com/santander-class-action/item/150-santander-consumer-usa-class-action-lawsuit.ht... regarding a class action law suit this attorney opened and they WON!! I have contacted them this evening to see if there is any hope for me to get this off Experian even though I wasn't aware of the Class action suit before they demanded they write off $200 MILLIon in potential deficiency judgement debt, payback predatory lending fees and any deficiency judgement payments that had been made as well as remove the trade line from credit bureaus for everyone in the class.
