As an FYI and maybe with a thought that someone might offer insight:
My wife and I applied for a used auto loan via the BofA website. We are existing customers and have an annual income in the six figures. Our credit scores are 765 with a little over a 4 year history. We currently rent, but just moved to this place about a month ago. No late payments, collections, any bad nicks on the report at all.
We were denied for a 15K auto loan. They don't ask a whole lot on the site so I'm really not sure why.

Welcome to the forums.
By law the lender has to inform you in a letter the reasons why you were denied and also the CRA used to make that decision. Have you received that letter yet?
