I missed 2.49% by 9 points on my TU (they pulled 671)

no payment went up... I went from 72 months to 59!

but not much and I got it in my name!!!!

updating this thread in case people are interested in Burbanck City Credit Union. They do pull Transunion (680 for their best rates). NExt tier is 640-680.  Folling is 600-640 for a 60 month terms 8.99.  NOt bad in my opinion

720+ is actually for BEST rate but that's called AA.
680+ gets you A rate which is only .49% more.

Do you have to join the credit union to get a loan through them? Are there restrictions on who can join? I am up in Oregon and wondering if I would be able to get a loan through them. My TU scores are over 680 now.

Good job! Sorry to hear you missed that big of a rate cut by only 9 points though. I wonder if it would be worth it for you to refi again in about 6 months when your scores will see 680? Assuming rates stay near current levels?
